  2. Medication Initiation/Optimization
  3. Stalled/Partial Response
  4. ADHD Evaluation


REFERRAL TYPES

  1. Ongoing Psychiatric Care
  2. Brief 1-2 session evaluation with rapid feedback and treatment options
  3. Stabilize/Optimize treatment then transitions care back to PCP when stable/appropriate
