WiseMind Wellness, LLC and Nathan Dingeldein, PMHNP-BC are committed to providing personalized and compassionate care to our patients. 


  • I provide the best evidence-based treatment interventions, which may be medication and/or integrative (root cause) interventions.
  • I offer a holistic approach, addressing lifestyle choices, promoting optimal wellness and a whole lot of common sense.
  • I take the time to listen and understand the world from your perspective. Your      goals and values are central to your care.
  • I work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that meets their unique needs and goals. 


I provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults (18+) with concerns like 

  • Anxiety Disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, panic disorders) 
  • Depression and Other Mood Disorders (major depressive disorder, dysthymia) 
  • Bipolar Disorders (bipolar II, mild to moderate bipolar disorders)
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Insomnia (but may recommend sleep specialist referral)
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD)
  • Adjustment Disorders


I DO NOT have the ability to provide care for people currently experiencing psychiatric emergencies or individuals needing higher levels of care, such as:

  • Actively suicidal patients with plans and intent
  • Acute Mania or Psychosis
  • Severe Substance Withdrawal
  • Severe Personality Disorders
  • People linked with Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) services
  • People currently on Court Ordered Treatment (COT). 

*When possible, I will try to help direct you to appropriate services. 


  • I offer telehealth appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • In person (face to face) appointments on Tuesdays from Noon - 8 PM.


The first visit is a comprehensive evaluation of symptoms, history, and goals, followed by a treatment plan.
Typical length: 60 minutes


  • I provide medication management, which may include brief supportive therapy in visits. 
  • If you need weekly therapy, I can coordinate with your therapist or provide you with referral suggestions and their contact information..


Follow-ups focus on progress, side effects, and plan adjustments.


Appointment Frequency:

  • Early treatment: every 2-4 weeks or more frequent if needed. 
  • Once stable: every 1–3 months(varies).


  • Please request refills at least 2 business days in advance via phone.
  • Controlled meds may require periodic visits and additional safety steps. 
  • Note: I require at least 1 in person visit each year for continued controlled substance treatment.
  • Early refills are generally not provided; lost/stolen controlled meds typically can’t be replaced.


  • Contact me by phone for non-urgent questions. Response time is typically 1–2 business days.
  • If it requires clinical decisions or medication changes, we’ll usually schedule a visit.


  • I accept cash pay patients. I offer a 25% discount for cash pay patients.
  • I am in network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, Quest Behavioral and Carelon Behavioral Health plans. 
  • I can send a super bill to people with other plans so they can submit for out of network reimbursement if you wish.

  • All payments are due at the time of service.


  • If you are having a life threatening medical problem or you do not feel safe, call 911, go to your nearest ER, or call/text 988.
  • This is an outpatient practice and does not provide 24/7 crisis coverage. 


  • Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations/no-shows may be charged a $100 fee (typically not covered by insurance). 
  • If you’re more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the session. 
  • If you fail to show for or cancel less than 2 hours before a scheduled appointment, you WILL be charged the entire appointment fee.


  • Yes, when clinically appropriate. 
  • Most requests take 3–5 business days and may require a visit and/or a paperwork fee.
  • Emotional Support Animal (ESA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and disability forms are generally completed for established patients after adequate evaluation. 
  • I do not provide court/forensic services.
